Totes2Go Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Totes2Go collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when people use our website, order flow, customer tools, agent tools, Move Partner tools, payment flows, gift credits, and Google Calendar sync.
Scope
This policy applies to Totes2Go websites, dashboards, booking flows, partner program pages, Move Partner tools, customer communications, and related services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that Totes2Go does not control.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when placing an order, creating an account, applying for a partner program, sending a gift credit, submitting a Move Partner request, connecting Google Calendar, or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery and pickup addresses, billing details, move details, company information, client information, gift recipient information, notes, preferences, and support messages.
We may also collect information generated by your use of Totes2Go, including order status, rental dates, pickup dates, selected packages, add-ons, credits, gift codes, subscription status, partner invite activity, dashboard activity, calendar sync status, account role, authentication status, and audit or security records.
Account and Authentication Data
If you sign in or create an account, we may store account identifiers, email address, profile metadata, role or permission information, sign-in status, and account preferences. Authentication may be supported by third-party providers such as Supabase or Google. Those providers may process authentication information according to their own policies.
Order, Delivery, and Move Details
To provide tote rentals, we collect information needed to deliver, pick up, schedule, price, confirm, adjust, or cancel an order. This can include addresses, service areas, dates, package choices, extra totes, add-ons, contact details, delivery instructions, pickup instructions, and communications related to operational review.
How We Use Information
We use information to process bookings, deliver and pick up totes, manage accounts, send confirmations and service updates, support billing and refunds, apply credits and discounts, operate agent and partner programs, sync calendar events, prevent misuse, protect the service, improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and respond to customer or partner requests.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage, service areas, inventory needs, operational performance, and product improvements.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Totes2Go does not store full payment card numbers. We may store payment status, checkout identifiers, payment intent identifiers, subscription identifiers, billing history, refund records, tax information, and related order records needed to operate the service, support customers, and maintain business records.
Gift Credits, Account Credits, and Promotions
When credits, gift credits, referrals, account credits, or promotional credits are used, we may store sender and recipient information, credit balances, redemption activity, expiration or status information, and related transaction history.
Agent and Move Partner Data
For agent and Move Partner programs, we may collect and store business names, contact details, application details, subscription information, client invitation details, partner tier information, discounts, calendar events, partner order records, customer-visible pricing records, and operational notes.
Google Calendar Data
Move Partner users may choose to connect Google Calendar so Totes2Go can create, update, and manage calendar events related to partner move requests. We request calendar access only for the functionality shown in the Move Partner dashboard.
Google Calendar data may include calendar identifiers, calendar names, event identifiers, event dates, event times, event titles, event details, sync status, access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration times, and related metadata needed to keep partner move events in sync.
Google Calendar data is used to sync move-related events, display sync status, and keep partner calendars aligned with customer move requests. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as needed to provide the calendar sync feature, maintain security, comply with law, or operate the service at your direction.
Totes2Go's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Users can disconnect Google Calendar from the Move Partner dashboard or revoke access from their Google account settings.
Communications
We may use email, phone, or other contact details to send order confirmations, account messages, service updates, gift credit messages, partner invitations, setup links, billing notices, cancellation updates, operational questions, and support responses. Marketing messages, if used, will include any opt-out options required by law.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Totes2Go may use cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication cookies, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, preserve order progress, protect sessions, operate dashboards, remember choices, and support security. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete some storage, but doing so may affect functionality.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers and partners needed to operate Totes2Go, such as payment processors, authentication providers, database providers, email providers, hosting providers, analytics or logging providers, calendar sync providers, delivery operations, and professional advisors. We may also share information if required by law, to enforce agreements, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account access secure and contact Totes2Go if they believe account information has been compromised.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and tax records, process payments and refunds, support customers, maintain security logs, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and meet operational requirements. Retention periods may vary by record type.
Your Choices
You can contact Totes2Go to request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for order, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or legal records.
You may disconnect Google Calendar through the Move Partner dashboard or revoke access through Google account settings. You may also choose not to create an account and use guest checkout where available.
Children
Totes2Go is intended for customers and business users who can enter into service arrangements. The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Processing
Totes2Go may use service providers that process information in Canada, the United States, or other locations where those providers operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed outside your province, state, or country.

We may update this privacy policy as the service, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
