Totes2Go Terms
These terms apply when you use the Totes2Go website, booking flow, customer tools, agent tools, Move Partner tools, payment flows, gift credits, account features, and Google Calendar sync.
Agreement
By using Totes2Go, placing an order, creating an account, sending or redeeming credits, joining an agent or Move Partner program, or connecting Google Calendar, you agree to these terms and any service details shown in the app at the time of use.
Using Totes2Go
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, creating an account, applying for a partner program, sending gift credits, submitting Move Partner requests, or using partner tools. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity that occurs through your account.
Orders and Service Availability
Tote rental availability depends on service area, inventory, delivery timing, pickup timing, address access, weather, staffing, and operational capacity. Totes2Go may accept, decline, review, adjust, reschedule, or cancel an order if service cannot reasonably be provided as requested.
Prices, package contents, add-ons, service areas, taxes, discounts, and availability may change. The order flow will show current pricing and details before checkout.
Delivery, Pickup, and Rental Periods
Customers are responsible for providing safe, complete, and accurate delivery and pickup details, including building access, unit numbers, parking instructions, gate codes, and contact information where needed. Rental timing, add-ons, extra totes, extra time, and pickup windows are handled through the order flow and order communications.
Customers are responsible for returning totes and related rental items in reasonable condition. Lost, damaged, inaccessible, or unreturned items may result in additional charges or account review.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Payments, subscription charges, gift credits, account credits, taxes, discounts, and refunds are handled according to the checkout and account terms shown in the app. Refund eligibility may depend on order status, timing, payment processor rules, whether service has started, and operational review.
Credits and gift credits have no cash value unless otherwise required by law. Credits may be limited by account type, status, balance, promotion terms, fraud-prevention review, or program rules.
Cancellations, Changes, and Reviews
Orders may be changed or cancelled according to the options available in the app and any operational review required by Totes2Go. Some changes may affect price, availability, delivery timing, pickup timing, or refund eligibility.
Move Partner orders may require partner review or partner payment before service is confirmed. Cancellation handling may differ for partner-managed orders because the partner may be responsible for payment or approval.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree not to share access in a way that creates security risk or allows unauthorized use. Totes2Go may suspend or restrict accounts that appear compromised, abusive, fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of these terms.
Agent and Move Partner Programs
Agent and Move Partner program access may include separate dashboard tools, credits, discounts, subscriptions, client invitations, calendar tools, partner-managed workflows, and program-specific pricing. Totes2Go may approve, deny, suspend, downgrade, upgrade, or remove access if program requirements are not met or accounts are misused.
Agents and Move Partners are responsible for using client information appropriately, obtaining any client permissions needed for invitations or requests, and ensuring information submitted to Totes2Go is accurate.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid agent or partner features may involve recurring billing, plan changes, scheduled changes, cancellation flows, billing portal access, and subscription status checks. Plan benefits may depend on active payment status and may change after cancellation, nonpayment, charge failure, or plan updates.
Google Calendar Sync
Move Partner users may connect Google Calendar to sync move-related events. By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize Totes2Go to use the requested calendar permissions to create, update, read, and manage the calendar events needed for the Move Partner workflow.
Calendar sync depends on Google availability, valid authorization, account status, and the accuracy of move request data. You can disconnect Google Calendar from the Move Partner dashboard or revoke access through your Google account settings. Disconnecting may stop future sync but may not remove previously created calendar events unless the app provides that option and Google allows it.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Totes2Go to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, access another user's data, abuse credits or discounts, bypass payment, misuse partner tools, scrape the service, attack infrastructure, upload malicious content, or violate applicable laws.
Third-Party Services
Totes2Go relies on third-party services for payment processing, authentication, hosting, email, Google Calendar sync, and related operations. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Totes2Go is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or errors caused by third-party services outside our control.
Service Communications
Totes2Go may contact you about orders, accounts, credits, subscriptions, partner applications, partner invitations, calendar sync, security, billing, refunds, service changes, and support requests. You are responsible for keeping contact information current.
Intellectual Property
The Totes2Go name, website, app experience, copy, images, workflows, software, and related materials are owned by Totes2Go or its licensors. You may use them only as needed to access the service.
Disclaimers and Limits
Totes2Go aims to provide reliable service, but availability, timing, inventory, third-party services, and digital features are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Totes2Go is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, inaccurate information, unauthorized account use, or violation of another person's rights.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Totes2Go's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised with Totes2Go so the parties can try to resolve it informally.
Changes
Totes2Go may update these terms as the service, pricing, programs, legal requirements, or operations change. Continued use of the website or tools after updates means you accept the updated terms.
